Write a paragraph on each of the following:

  1. What did you learn about "lifelong wellness" from taking this activity class?
  2. What I was able to learn from this activity class was that working out and dedicating time for exercise a couple times a week is beneficial to my physical and mental health. Through the duration of this Pilates 1 course I noticed the positive change in my mood and my physique. I channeled whatever stress I had experienced during my day through the workouts and it proved to a great stress reliever. Not only did I learn stress management, but also the physical benefits of exercise. I gained muscular strength, along with greater flexibility and improved my body composition.

  3. How would you apply this information to your life?
  4. I will apply this information to my life by the continuation of attending Pilates classes because I enjoyed practicing during the course and by being consistent with my exercise regimen. I will also apply the Pilates knowledge I gained to other peers that show interest in this medium of exercising.

  5. What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and why?

My intention in continuing to exercise is very great because I have experienced the benefits firsthand through taking this course. Pilates proved to be not only challenging , but also enjoyable— making it impossible to quit!
